Revised submission in response to "Rights, Responsibilities and Respect: Report Human Rights Consultation Committee"

The Human Rights Consultation Committee, responsible for recommendations to government about Victoria’s views of legislating for a charter of human rights in Victoria, released a report to which VALS submitted a response on 1 February 2006. The attachment below is the revised version of that submission sent to the Committee, 17 February 2006.
