VALS clients and the Family Law System. Submission to the Family Law Council

The Commonwealth Attorney-General, Robert McClelland has requested that the Family Law Council examine how the family law system can be improved to better meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.

VALS' Principle Family Law Solicitor and Research Officer conducted a face-to-face consultation on 6 Aprill 2011. The attached submission builds on that consultation.
